last day out and about on the boat

Tomorrow early morning we turn our boat in.. it has been fun and relaxing.. except for the locks.. but they even turned out okay and I was worried over nothing. We are heading back towards Whitchurch tonight as the boat has to be back by 930 tomorrow morning. I can only hope to get someone out of bed at such a horrid time in the early morning.. hehehe
We managed to find a couple good spots along the way for a good dinner.. other then that.. I cooked and I used more onion, garlic and bell pepper then I ever had.. not to mention a combination of spiced trying to draw a little flavor from what I was cooking. And they don't put salt in anything.. so we are craving some potato chips that have actual salt on them. Since there is no McDonalds around.. they have real salt also.. I grabbed a few packets and that has really helped out but everything is so blah.. and Linda.. the chicken has no taste.. not like fish or anything.. I was pretty worried.. but then it wasn't a turkey either.. The leaves we see changing every day on the trees. We can tell by the morning temp that fall is in the air.. and it is cooler out of the sun. wow how fast it changes.
Well need to get going on the boat.. will write later..
