BUT... I let Mel take the tiller.. wow it is hard.. for me.. it is like backing up a trailer.. ain't gonna happen! The canal is brown.. since it has a muddy bottom and about 2 feet depth under the boat so it isn't deep. They say if you fall off.. stand up..OMG I would be tramatized for life if I fell intothat murky dark brown muck.. I shudder at the thought! The scenery is great.. very pretty had a bit of rain yesterday.. it came about 20 minutes after we stopped for the night. This morning the clouds have gone away and it is just beautiful out.. we are right beside a tree with a couple doves in it.. and they just sing away.. way cool. Every one is nice along the way.. and dogs everywhere.. WE MISS JAX-E...
We have found.. the cool and damp does not help joints.. we're thinking warmer spots to boat.. I am glad we saw Ireland and UK while we were still able to enjoy what we were seeing. Being in a town with internet access.. I will be able to add more.. except photos..
